RECRUITING NOW – Vacancy for a full-time Pastoral Assistant (Ministerial Experience Volunteer) Role in Tottenham (Autumn 2026 – July 2027)

Do you feel God is calling you to offer your skills and abilities to his service? Would you like the opportunity to take time out and respond and discern this vocation? The North London Pastoral Assistants Scheme offers young people the opportunity to work for a year or two in the Lord’s harvest, alongside priests and people, in our wonderful, diverse parishes.
You are invited to consider joining the team in the parish of St Benet Fink, Tottenham, and other parishes in the wider NLPA Scheme, and to spend a year developing skills and exploring your sense of vocation whilst getting fully involved in the life and mission of the parish. PAs enjoy strong support through regular supervisions with trained clergy and a rigorous spiritual and theological development programme. Our assistants also enjoy an overseas trip and a retreat during the year.
